Con il Consiglio comunale di domani, si va verso l’abolizione della cessione del 30 per cento al Comune dei terreni su cui i privati realizzano fabbricati e verso la possibilità di riscatto per chi li ha ceduti in questo quarantennio. Tanto è trascorso da quando è stato istituito l’attuale Piano Regolatore Generale, redatto fra il 1975 e il 1980 dall’Urbanista e architetto Giovanni Astengo.Il provvedimento, ha portato nel patrimonio del comune, terreni di cui spesso è stato difficile occuparsi e manutenerli, per questo, l’amministrazione Arcidiacono ha deciso di portarne in Consiglio la revisione. Nel corso della seduta del consiglio comunale che si terrà domani pomeriggio, sarà illustrata la delibera , alla presenza dei tecnici che hanno predisposto l’atto , che prevede di consentire l’alienazione delle aree cedute al Comune in ragione del 30 per cento attribuendo loro il valore con i criteri previsti dall’art. 14 della legge n.10 del 28/01/1977.
Il Consiglio Comunale domani discuterà la proposta di variante alle nome tecniche di attuazione del PRG per riscattare il 30 per cento dei terreni ceduti al comune .
