ALLE 18.30 SUL PALCO DI PIAZZA GUGLIELMO II ANCHE LA BURNOUT BAND COMPOSTA DA PROFESSIONISTI DELLA SANITA’
Un primario di pediatria, un medico internista, un altro dell’educazione alla salute ed un coordinatore infermieristico di Chirurgia generale: a legarli è l’amore per la professione sanitaria, ma anche l’amore per la musica. Sono la Burnout band completata da un vigile del fuoco ed una studentessa universitaria.
Domani mercoledì 22 settembre alle 18.30 si esibiranno sul palco di Piazza Guglielmo II a Monreale nell’ambito della giornata dedicata alla promozione e sensibilizzazione sul tema della prevenzione oncologica che culminerà con l’inaugurazione della mostra dell’Assessorato della Salute con le foto del maestro Fabrizio Villa, dal titolo “Cuori Intatti”.
“La Burnout band intende ritagliarsi uno spazio di promozione, divulgazione e supporto alle attività culturali e sociosanitarie nell’ambito della sanità pubblica – spiega Domenico Cipolla, pediatra, direttore del dipartimento salute della famiglia dell’Asp di Palermo – siamo, soprattutto, operatori della sanità che lavorano sul ‘campo’. L’obiettivo è di promuovere e incentivare iniziative in linea con il Piano Nazionale e Regionale di Prevenzione dando un contributo alla sensibilizzazione su temi quali lotta al fumo, dipendenze da smartphone e sostanze da abuso, violenza di genere e abusi all’infanzia”. .
Il gruppo che ha, già, partecipato ad eventi di sostegno all’allattamento al seno e promozione degli screening sanitari, è composto da Giuseppe Brunori (Dirigente di Medicina Interna dell’ARNAS Civico) alla chitarra elettrica; Domenico Cipolla (Direttore UOC Pediatria e Dipartimento Salute della Famiglia dell’Asp di Palermo) alla chitarra acustica; Salvo Siciliano, (Dirigente medico dell’unità operativa Promozione e Educazione alla Salute, dell’Azienda Ospedaliera Villa Sofia – Cervello) alle tastiere; Vincenzo Palazzolo (Coordinatore infermieristico Chirurgia Generale e d’Urgenza di Villa Sofia-Cervello) al basso; Aldo Longo (vigile del fuoco) alla batteria e Federica Armanno (studentessa universitaria di Scienze dell’Educazione) vocalist.
La Burnout band farà domani a Monreale da “colonna sonora” al momento di confronto e dibattito – moderato dal Vicedirettore nazionale della TGR Rai, Roberto Gueli – sull’importanza degli screening. Sono previsti gli interventi del Presidente della Regione Siciliana, Nello Musumeci, del Presidente dell’Assemblea Regionale Siciliana, Gianfranco Miccichè, dell’Assessore regionale alla Salute, Ruggero Razza, dell’Arcivescovo di Monreale, Mons. Michele Pennisi, del Sindaco di Monreale, Alberto Arcidiacono e del Direttore generale dell’Asp di Palermo, Daniela Faraoni.
La mattina di domani (dalle ore 10 alle 18), sempre in Piazza Gugliemo II a Monreale, i camper dedicati dell’Asp di Palermo saranno a disposizione degli utenti per effettuare la mammografia (nell’ambito dello screening del tumore alla mammella), il pap test (screening del tumore al collo dell’utero) e distribuire il sof test (per la ricerca del sangue occulto nelle feci, nell’ambito dello screening del tumore al colon-retto). In un altro ambulatorio mobile sarà possibile anche vaccinarsi contro il covid.
