La Giunta comunale, ha approvato la delibera del fabbisogno del Personale per il triennio 2020 – 2022. Sulla base della proposta di programmazione predisposta dagli uffici a seguito di attenta valutazione del fabbisogno di personale da parte dell’assessore al ramo Ignazio Davì e della giunta comunale connesso alle esigenze degli uffici e dei servizi e alla disponibilità finanziaria esistente, dopo avere affrontato la discussione sulle reali esigenze dell’organico ed avere esaminato le varie esigenze per rafforzare l’organico comunale per il potenziamento degli uffici e dei servizi , all’unanimità ha adottato il piano che prevede: il completamento del processo di stabilizzazione di due dipendenti uno categoria C e uno categoria D, l’assunzione di 4 vigili urbani già vincitori di concorso che da categoria B passeranno in categoria C, la stabilizzazione di 8 lavoratori ASU, 3 di categoria D e 5 di categoria C ed ancora, un incarico di dirigente ai sensi dell’articolo 110 del testo unico degli enti locali. E’ prevista anche l’assunzione a tempo determinato per un anno di un tecnico che sia in possesso della laurea (ingegnere o geologo) interamente finanziato dalla Protezione civile regionale. “Con il nuovo piano triennale del fabbisogno del personale – ha dichiarato il sindaco Alberto Arcidiacono – andremo a potenziare la macchina amministrativa che in questi anni a causa dei pensionamenti e della quota 100 aveva subito una notevole riduzione per dare più servizi al territorio”. Adesso il segretario generale del Comune di Monreale Francesco Fragale inviera’ il piano del fabbisogno alla commissione per la stabilita’ della Finanza degli Enti Locali (COSFEL) del Ministero dell’Interno , che dovra’ rilasciare la necessaria preventiva autorizzazione.
